This lovely year round vacation retreat is situated on Elk Lake, on a beautiful sandy beach that slopes gradually, and offers excellent swimming and boating in the summer months. Our waters are exceptionally clear and warm with a beautiful blue/green cast in the summer sun. Elk Lake is one of the upper chain of lakes including Elk, Skegemog and Torch Lakes. Elk Lake and Torch Lake are among the top twenty most beautiful lakes in the world. Skegemog is one of the best fishing lakes in northern Michigan for bass, northern pike and muskies. Elk Lake is a good fishing lake for smallmouth bass, lake trout, rock bass and perch. All these lakes are connected together!!!

For tennis buffs, there are five new courts just across the street from our condo at the township park. We are surrounded by golf courses with all degrees of difficulty. Our local golf course is just five minutes away.

Lovely, beautiful and spacious (1350 square feet) upper level condominium that sleeps comfortably ten with two bedrooms and two baths. This retreat has been completely renovated. Everything is new, including kitchen, baths, flooring, windows, and all mechanicals. Central air and heat. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are only two other condos on this private beach property!

You will have a private deck overlooking Elk Lake with an outside backyard stairway to the beach and dock. We have mooring facilities for our guests' boats, and a small fishing boat is at the beach for all guests to use--no charge. Step off from your boat onto our private dock. We can accommodate any size boat! If you don't have a boat and want to rent one, go to www.AmericanBoatRentals.Net, (231-645-1191), and they will deliver one to Elk Lake! Both gas and charcoal grills are at the beach with picnic tables and beach furniture. We also have a beach fire pit for evening bonfires.
